Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data Show Up Local holds about you. We honor all deletion requests promptly.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email jeromeshowuplocal@agentmail.to with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
  2. Include the name, email address, business name, or phone number associated with your information so we can locate your records.
  3. We will confirm receipt and delete your personal data within 30 days, then email you to confirm completion.

What Gets Deleted

Upon request we delete the personal data we hold about you, including contact details, audit/intake submissions, and any lead records, except where we are required to retain certain records by law (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).

Data From Facebook & Instagram

If you authorized Show Up Local to manage a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or advertising account on your behalf, you can revoke that access at any time in your Meta Business Settings. To also have us delete any related data we stored, follow the email steps above.
